21 Day Fix Guilt Free Cannoli Dip

I admit…..I LOVE sweets! So, when I decided to eat healthy losing the sweets wasn’t easy. I’m also a very picky eater so my sweets included chocolate and more chocolate. I actually never like cannoli dip so when I saw this recipe I was very surprised that I liked it. In fact this is now one of my favorite TREATS!

21 Day Fix Guilt Free Cannoli Dip

  • 1 red or 3/4 cup part-skim or low fat ricotta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon greek Yogurt (I used Fage 2 %)
  • 1-2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1-2 stevia packets
  • 1-2 teaspoons mini dark chocolate chips or Lily's brand no sugar dark chocolate chips


  1. Mix all ingredients together except chocolate chips.

  2. Refrigerate for about 1 hour. Add chocolate chips. ENJOY!

Ricotta Cheese – 1 red
Chocolate Chips – 1 yellow (treat swap)
