21 Day Fix Guilt Free Cannoli Dip
I admit…..I LOVE sweets! So, when I decided to eat healthy losing the sweets wasn’t easy. I’m also a very picky eater so my sweets included chocolate and more chocolate. I actually never like cannoli dip so when I saw this recipe I was very surprised that I liked it. In fact this is now one of my favorite TREATS!

YOU can have sweets and not feel guilty….I promise!
- 1 red or 3/4 cup part-skim or low fat ricotta cheese
- 1 tablespoon greek Yogurt (I used Fage 2 %)
- 1-2 teaspoons honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1-2 stevia packets
- 1-2 teaspoons mini dark chocolate chips or Lily's brand no sugar dark chocolate chips
Mix all ingredients together except chocolate chips.
Refrigerate for about 1 hour. Add chocolate chips. ENJOY!
