3 Ingredient Avocado Pudding
I’m always looking for healthy snacks that pack a punch so when I heard about Kourtney Kardashian’s avocado pudding I figured I would give it a try. Apparently she calls it “a power meal in a cup”. This was pretty easy and quick to make. You can also try adding different things like chia seeds or make it a chocolate avocado pudding by adding cocoa or cacao powder. It’s great for breakfast or a satisfying snack.
- 1 whole avocado
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 tsps honey, preferably Manuka honey
Instructions
In a blender, add the ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve in short glasses and enjoy with a spoon.
