Almond Joy Overnight Oats

Prep Time


  • 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbs ground flaxseed (I used spectrum chia & flax seed with coconut and cocoa mix)
  • 1 tbs unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 - 1 tbs dark chocolate chips


  1. Mix all ingredients in a mason jar or other closable container shake or stir.

  2. Refrigerate overnight and eat.
